i can connect to the network , join channel
I have an error with files DCC sent to the bot.
error message: EEINPROGRESS

looking through debug messages, i suspect a bad address resolution
i see this as host port : 0.0.0.0:4
Please note the distro version 1.6.21 doesnt yield this issue.
I can send the config.log if requested.
