the fix was that I was on 1.6 and I upgraded to 1.8.3 and it is working properly now.

I am coming across this litte glitch and was hoping someone might know how to fix it other than telling the person to change their nick.

Can't find anyone matching that.

Notice, it put an extra { in front on her nick. so 2 questions come to mind.

1: why is it doing that?
2: how do I fix it / change it?

and yes this is on the partyline
