Not exactly what you want because you have to manually add the channels but you can serve .

The reason should be something like "found co-channeling on #thisplace, goodbye"

all the scripts i find are huge, and filled up with unnecessary things. or are not super simple like this.

So when a user joins a channel, the bot looks up his /whois and if a user is on a channel, ban him with pre-entered reason.
