I want a quote-script, which supports command like .chanset #channel +phrase

At this moment, Duke.tcl is finest one, but whole script don't use any .chanset setting. I also searched and I'm tested all quote-scripts what I know and also I tried to solve this problem myself, but without any result.

Question is: Is there any quote-script available, which supports .chanset command? Quote-script trigger can be very well simply: !quote and if irc-user wants some special quote, she/he can use this: !quote <quote's number>.

Also, forgive me if I ask this in wrong place, I'm new here. But I'll be very thankful, if someone can help me. (My English is not very good, I know.) 8)
