Hey.... I'm looking for a script for days now <img class="smilies" src="https://forum.eggheads.org/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif" width="15" height="15" alt=":(" title="Sad"><br><br>I need a script that simply posts every x seconds the data from an xml..<br><br>xml:<br><br>&lt;vote&gt;<br>&lt;name&gt;001&lt;/name&gt;<br>&lt;votes&gt;12&lt;/votes&gt;<br>&lt;/vote&gt;<br><br>&lt;vote&gt;<br>&lt;name&gt;002&lt;/name&gt;<br>&lt;votes&gt;10&lt;/votes&gt;<br>&lt;/vote&gt;<br><br><br>&lt;vote&gt;<br>&lt;name&gt;003&lt;/name&gt;<br>&lt;votes&gt;9&lt;/votes&gt;<br>&lt;/vote&gt;<br><br>the xml is generated by a cron job... the eggdrop should post it like:<br><br>&lt;nick&gt;Current votes: 001: 12 votes | 002: 10 votes | 003: 9 votes<br><br>thats all <img class="smilies" src="https://forum.eggheads.org/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title="Smile"><br><br>I'm a total noob when i comes to tcl... so is there a script that does this already?
