We have a bot written in mSC at the moment that I would like to get converted to TCL to run on Eggdrop. Basically to me it seems like one big !learn.

An example:

!add <category> <url>

Then a user can use !<category> and be shown a random URL from that category.

!add should require some flag, but !<category> can be used by anyone.

Is anyone up for writing this? I think also other users will have use from it.
