I need a script that will check once a user joins #help if he's on certain channels the bot is also on.

For example:

Bot nickname is: Aaron
The bot will notify me once a user joined the channel #help is in the channels #usa OR #politics (BUT NOT #Love)

Aaron (The bot) would be on #love #help #politics #usa

User Tony has joined #help (and is also in #usa)

The bot will message me saying: Tony is also present in #usa
