Edit your config file, and locate the section about sharing. Change the setting for the resynch buffer, to disable it. Then rehash the bot.

Also, do yourself a favour, as soon as you get your btos linking corectly, remove the auto-op flags (+a) and use a botnetop script. Damned sight more secure.

After i type .link p0s1t1v3 the stuff below come up very fast.

I have followed teh guide on eghelp.org, here is a chat with p0s1t1v3:

When i try to link them, I get this in p0s1t1v3s console:
