Vote and change song

I want a script for my bot that has an open vote and if the x number of votes given to change song it will skip to next song. I run my bot from my computer and use iTunes(with amip if it helps in anyway).

The reason i want this script is i stream and i want my viewers to be able to skip the songs if they don't like it. My playlist is on shuffle anyway so i don't mind =)

Is there a possible way to do this? It doesn't need to be a new script if i can use already written ones to do this it is ok with me.

Any help is very appreciated.
