i think all the tcl needs to do, is to send a pvt msg to znc user, called send_raw and the znc go to that channel we wont, insted writhed by hand 1 by 1. i send to bot a order and tcl send multi orders to all znc`s that is in that channell

The following command joins the user which is named 'Eve' to #znc:

/msg *send_raw Eve JOIN #znc

Using eggdrop TCL on a ZNC won't work, obviously. EggTCL is different from PureTCL. You want a script in PureTCL to load to ZNC, or x-chat, or SBNC, etc. I suggest you visit google, do some research.
