Works for me. When I reconnect and identify, it works.
But the problem is, I did the same thing for another user like this:
<me> .chattr him +a #channame
Then the bot replied:
<bot> Global flags for him are now +hp.
<bot> Channel flags for him on #channame are now +a.
But the bot still doesn't give him op. Any help is appreciated.
