Server link is fine.

I worked it out. I don't know exactly what I did. Probably bound the bots to the wrong interface. But thank you.

try adding this line to your eggdrop.conf file:

(please verify the actual server link as I just did this by memory)

First off, I'm new to the forum so I don't know what info I should be pasting.

I'm using eggdrop 1.8 on Lubuntu.

I'm trying to connect to freenode but Eggdrop keeps wanting to connect to the IRC server on my local machine (unless I specifically provide IP addresses, which I shouldn't have to do).

If you need any more info, please let me know and I'll provide it.
