ChansServ change nick automatically

On servers where this is happening is because the server is using NickServ service. This means that anyone can register his own nickname and set a password. So if i register nickname Madalin and i quit IRC and then you join and set /nick Madalin and you don`t identify in 1 minute ChanServ or some service will change your nickname into something else.

And that is happening only with one string names.
Ex: James is changed to Unidentified
Jack London is not.

Why this is happening?
