it's my understanding from reading and searching here that ".stick [ban number]" will place a permanent ban, which will be reinitiated by the bot if someone removes it. From what I gather, when viewed internally, the ban entry is displayed with "(perm)". Is that correct?

Question: Is it possible to remove the .stick from the ban entry?
