I know it is (flood-chan) but

1- I want a script that I can customize (change the kick msg, only kick if the lines were not interrupted by another user's lines, etc...)

2- For some reason the built-in one sometimes kicks ops even when it's +dontkickops

Does anyone know a good script to ban on a line flood.
Example when someone says 7 lines in less than 5 seconds.
