Hello all TCL masters,

I've been looking for all join flood scripts but didn't found as what i need. I need a join flood script that would sets mode the chan and at the same time ban the host using pushmode. But it would exempt when its happen on netsplit.

Example:

Bots sets mode +mRbbb *!*@host *!*@goes *!*@here

I only need the join flood script, not inside another script.
