I'm not sure if this is what you're after, but it beats DCC hands down. This adds more functionality and is more user friendly than anything else available at this time.

Many people had requested such a thing, and it is not that easy.

The easiest thing would be to let the bot connect to the bot's partyline.
So a script is relaying the stuff said in the channel to the partyline and the stuff on the partyline to the channel.

well i think that there is not a dcc partyline tcl well i want a script like you can partyline with the eggdrop in a channel or PM without using dcc chat with it
