please if anyone can help me make this script:

flags can be only Op (@) in channel to add/del points..

<me> !addpoint <nick>
<bot> <nick> got 1 point.

repeat:
<me> !addpoint <nick>
<bot> <nick> got 2 point.

<me> !delpoint <nick>
<bot> deleted 1 point from <nick>.

continue every points and increase the points in text file.

and everyone can use !point

<me> !point
<bot> <me> got 10 points

<me> !point <nick>
<bot> <nick> got 2 points
