send external command to partyline thru dcc HELP

hello anyone know how to send a command to a opened dcc chat window like to a bot on some systems useing ctcp chat window u just /msg (bot .say #channel whatever u want but when its a dcc chat window that doesnt work
example:
in a channel if i do !test
then have mirc

on *:text:!test*:#:{
/msg (eggdrop .say $chan All is working fine !!!!!!!!!}

the above works when u ctcp into a bot but not when u have to dcc chat a bot
