You'll need to see what ports your eggdrop is using in it's config file then follow the directions on this site to enable these ports and ident to dcc chat your bot.

Hello hope someone can help me here.Last week my computer crashed.Now i am back online but when i dcc chat to my eggdrop.I get no response.When i first got eggdrops a friend configured my router settings.I can't remember how this was done.I am not in a good thinking mode.Lost a family member a few days ago.I have not had time to fix this.I can type /ctcp botnick and connect.But when i use script and dcc chat i get nothing please help.
