Thanx goes to you man. Thanx alot.. but can you tell me one thing. before i did run the egg. i placed the .tcl files in the scripts DIR. then added their sources to the .conf file. when i start the bot now...will the scripts work? or should i rehash the eggie?

but in the simple.conf file i can't see those lines. i can only see them in the advanced and the complete conf's files. and i don't want to use advance nor complete. i'm just new to this.

so what shall i do now?

set my-hostname "your.funny.vhost.here"
set my-ip "number that goes with IP here"
(i.e. set my-ip "xx.xx.xxx.xxx")

With most shell accounts, IN the shell you can type the command "vhosts" and it will lists all the vhosts available on that shell and the co-ordinating IP numbers.
