Im looking for a script thats capable of recording request application made by users on irc fx

! Search unban STEAM_ID - Apply for unban.
! Search unban status STEAM_ID - You can see if you are rejected ban or unban.
! Admin message - Bot pms all admins with your message eg. ". Admin cheater on dust2, nick Christmas Kurt"

the other side the admins should be able to login to the bot and manage the requested application. fx !status( to see how many request have been made) !reject ( to reject the apllied unban) !Accept ( to accept the request)

Please help me.
