I have been looking for a script which announces when a previously banned ident/IP/host (re)joins a channel for some time now. Sadly I have yet to see one which does this.

I am hoping that some kind soul here will help me out as my TCL skills are limited.

Preferably the script will check joining users' ident/IP/host to see if the ident/IP/host is listed in a database with stored kicks/bans. If a positive match is found, a channel message is sent to a dedicated channel that a previously kicked (and/or banned) user has (re)joined and that the user has been kicked (and/or banned) X amount of times.

If any of you could help me with this, I'd be very grateful. Thanks!
