on chan :
<mybot> Notify list for #chan : op-nick is on irc
then the bot will msg/notice the op-nick with <configure-text>
end illustration

i need script that will announce to #chan the op-nick who added
to bot notify list, then the bot will msg/notice op-nick..
if possible the bot will announce to all #chan where the bot is
op-nick added by ex : .addnotify op-nick
