Hi, I've installed my Eggdrop from official repositories on Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty Jackalope, but it supports only a nick lenght of 9 characters. But it works fine...

So, I've downloaded and compiled an Eggdrop 1.6.19 and configured it. But when I try to start it, the Eggdrop doesn't connect to the network! It's all ok, any error message... why?!

Maybe there's a problem during the compilation? I have got some messages like this, when compiling:

./main.c:833: warning: ignoring return value of ‘fgets’, declared with attribute warn_unused_result

What does it mean? Maybe it's a permissions' problem?

Sorry for my bad English, but I'm italian!
Thanks for help.
Statistics: Posted by alessandro1997 — Sat Oct 17, 2009 3:11 pm
