Problem with xdcc.tcl (xdcc139.zip) & eggdrop 1.6.10

When I grab a pack (/msg <bot> xdcc send 1) the bot sends the pack over fine... if I cancel the transfer and then try it again it times out trying to resume.

<bot> CTCP DCC: RESUME file.ext 36995 901428 from Lapsed (xxxx)
<bot> DCC timeout: GET xxxxxx at 0/724427760

Also.. this is what appears in the .dccstats command:

[23:11] <bot> SOCK ADDR PORT NICK HOST TYPE
[23:11] <bot> 8 DEADF00D 43784 _qwerty irc send waited 3s
[23:11] <bot> Filename: <file>

I have tried disabling my firewall, removing modules, setting mIRC to auto-get etc etc but it hasn't helped any.

Also when I try to get 2 files it will queue one which is what it is supposed to do but when it comes time to send, the bot justs says "Here is a file from (script) ..." and nothing happens

System Config

EggDrop Version - 1.6.10 (running in background)
OS - Linux (2.4.7)
Loaded Scripts - alltools.tcl, action.fix.tcl, services2.1.tcl, xdcc.tcl, sentinel2.70.tcl, chanlimit1.5.tcl, userinfo.tcl
Loaded Modules - dns, channels, server, irc, transfer, filesys, notes, console, blowfish
IRC Client: mIRC 6.01 plain on Windows XP Pro, firewall off
