Is there some irc channel stats like this ( http://www.elho.net/irc/stats/Amigaquake/ ) without need of perl ?
stats module?
If perl is a problem for you, stats.mod could be a good option. v1.3.3 is the stable version.

thats using pisg, just logs some channel and lets pisg generated html stats for you.
