desperate: psybnc dcc get & send can not [Solved]

Problemed solved thanks to TheAvatar and wizandrew at psybnc.at

If anyone wants to know just add this line to your psybnc.conf :
PSYBNC.SYSTEM.DCCHOST=put.ip.of.your.vhost.here

also be sure to have:
USER1.USER.DCCENABLED=1

and what worked for me sending / receiving files instead of
/dccget ....
I had to use
/quote dccget ......

Also i had to make a directory path;
/home/myloginname/psybnc/downloads/USER1

Note USER1 as in psybnc.conf file (not User1)

so for each user on your bnc I presume you must do same
/home/myloginname/psybnc/downloads/USER2
etc

(the file you want to dccsend must be in that directory)

I'm going crazy- have read so much, changed so many settings and I still am not able to rcv files sent to me while I'm using my psybnc. (I can rcv just fine if no bnc). I know the files will go to my shell and that is fine. When I dccget and or send after a while it just says Timed out.
No one can send me files via dcc when I'm using my bnc.

Please help if you can.
