I am looking for a script that let me restrict people from using my bot.

I have a public bot where people can use commands to check on some stats.

I would love to have a script that let me add nicks (hosts) to a database who won't be able to use my bot at all.

Is there a script that does that, or is somebody able to make me a script like that?
