By far the best tutorial on writing Tcl scripts for Eggdrop is SUNiNet's Guide to TCL scripting for Eggdrop. You can also download the Beginners Guide to TCL, which is quite old (written in the 1.1.5 era) but still useful. A must-read is Peterre's How to write eggdrop scripts that won't choke on brackets and other special characters. ...
