What i'm -trying- to do is set the bot so that it cycles log files at EST 03:00, saving all the data in the logfile from the day that it's turning into (IE: at 3:00 AM EST on the 3rd of February, the bot starts to write into channame.log.03Feb2009. Everything from 00:00 to 03:00 should have been written into channame.log.02Feb2009)

Settings:
The bot is running on a server set to GMT.
timezone = EST
offset = 5
keep-all-logs = 1
switch-logfiles-at = 300
