botnet wont let me access bot3 or bot4

To add a user, you have to have access.

How can you add your own access, without access, coz access is what it's all access, I mean about.

i am +n on the botnet. i can .relay bot1, and bot2, but it is unable to link to bots 3 or 4. I believe its because im not added to the user list of 3 and 4. I only know commands via dccc chat. How would i msg bot 3 and 4 to add me to the user list, or even better, to .chanset #channel chanmode -tn. I am unaware of the syntax used when /msg'ing a bot. please help. thanx.
