Anti Spam by awyeah HELP

Hello, i have a problem with antispam by awyeah , the script doesn`t respond to anything , only cycles the chan. here are my eggdrop details

running eggdrop v1.6.18
OS: FreeBSD 7.0-STABLE
Tcl library: /usr/local/lib/tcl8.4
Tcl version: 8.4.16 (header version 8.4.18)

Can someone help me with this script please?
