probably not. to implement a multiple ip box with vhosts would mean you would have to have knowledge of basic IP, with reasonable knowledge of route tables and broadcast addresses, and to know about how DNS is implemented for both forward and reverse (ie in-addr.arpa). And a reasonable knowledge of the IP stack of the OS you'll be using will also help.
