after looking into lil more saw the unknown parameters and fixed... thanks

It would seem you forgot to enter a value for the chanmode parameter, and hence the parameter-value order is ofset. If you wish chanmode set to nothing, use "".

sorry to post another but one i set to closed is tad confusing
when i go to turn bot on for first time i get this in my telnet
