This meens that you haven't put yourself in the set owner "your_handle". Do this and your problems will be fixed.

WHen I try and set ".chanset #channel need-invite" it gives me the msg:Due to security concerns, only permanent owners can set these modes. Now I am set in the eggdrop.conf file as the owner. What is the problem???
