Nope.. You have to create it. There's also a thread for this script, so this should be moved.

As far as the error message, you don't say when you're getting it, but I'm assuming you're getting that error because you're using the script to specify a channel you didn't configure into the script.

I see this inside the bot Tcl error [tcdmsg_date]: couldn't open "/home/geetob/data/tcdevents.txt": no such file or directory I guess when loaded it didnt create this file?

try to set this tcl up and having problems do I have to change anything in the file before uploading I get this error-->Invalid channelname given, you may only specify one of: #chan2 #etc thanks in advance
