The IRCx patch is also available for Eggdrop 1.5.4 so I guess if you can find someone who will compile you a 1.5.4 bot with the IRCx patch already applied and running, but this is not the right message board for this, you need to try posting this query on a windrop board such as http://pub30.ezboard.com/bwindrop

I am responsible for the IRCx patch for Eggdrop these days, although I have fallen behind, mainly due to other main projects I have going. However, I have never (and will never) used a windrop, so the best I can do is supply you the file (which I already have).
