Sure, make a public bind for whois. Then in your whois procedure, use matchattr to check the user's flags and use putserv to send the response to the channel.

I tried 3 or 4 times and couldn't get it to work, i hope someone here knows how.
Here's what i was trying,
when someone (auth'd or unauth'd) publicly types "whois " the bot should check its bot.user file and report something like this to the channel: kain is Auth'd and is an op/voice. or: I know kain, kain is Auth'd. or something like that.
Any ideas/help would be great
