I found this script in the TCL archive..

ICQ-drop by "^DaRk^, et al"

Description:
Allows you to send ICQ messages via the bot using DCC, MSG, and public commands.



...and I tried it out, but it was not working (it was made in 2002).


I'm very new to TCL, so, it would be nice if someone could fix it, if possible.
