Hi folks..

I run a large 400+ person channel, but constantly am having a certain spammer join the channel and start advertising all kinds of stuff. The thing about this spammer, is that he's always changing hostmasks or hopping proxies, but his GECOES information is always the same.

dewclaws is ~kaiser@c-68-36-85-5.hsd1.nj.comcast.net * DJ ICE

It always says "DJ ICE" in his /whois information, so my request, is a script that will I guess /whois people as they join the channel and ban people with a certain string in their gecoes line (In this case, DJ ICE )

This would be useful for more than one person who harasses my channel and a script would be greatly apperciated (Or does one already exist?)

Thanks very much in advance guys
Statistics: Posted by duckdown — Sun Jan 20, 2008 3:26 pm
