I Have seen That work in Dalnet But i Want Which Can be used in another server example for webchat server . Is there any ?

To Management,

I need Help in MultiNick Identifier remote in tcl so i can make the bot to identify all the nicks by day or time.I would be happy if anyone can help me with that and for info im not good in tcl at all .
