This might not be relivant, its really down to you. But i've heard alot about connection problems to irc network through proxy's or bounces. It could be that is down to the ircnet ircd and not eggdrop. I've not looked properly in to this but it might be worth you looking in to. Hello all,<br><br>i'm interested in a connection trough proxy to ircnet. I didn't find many help on the documentation, except for the indication to set up "set firewall "proxiip:port".<br><br>Done this, i still can get connected to ircnet, log file show continuorsly<br><div class="codebox"><p>Code: </p><pre><code>[11:36] DNS resolved irc.tin.it to 62.211.73.229[11:37] net: eof!(read) socket 12[11:37] Disconnected from irc.tin.it</code></pre></div>so i'm looking for some help on it, some good article. What are the proxy type supported ? sock4 and then ?
