Since the i-views are made live, users from the channel often can participate on the interview and make their own questions.
I am searching for a script that an eggdrop selects a random question and then sends it to me, in order to avoid flood atempts and also to avoid arguments about "Ok someone is selecting the questions by preference".

Can you tell me a good one, if it exists?
Or does anyone want to have a shot?

This is how do I want the script to Work:

- User goes to the bot pvt, sends !question <question here>
- Bot selects one question in each 10seconds made by different people and then sends it to nick X (where X is the nick to relay the question)
- If a user tries to send more than 1 question per 10 secs the bot relays: Wait 10seconds before making another question
