A channel owner can't deluser you !!!
He has to be a global master or owner of the bot.

History: 2 years ago when I started on IRC, bot owner made me a channel op, then a channel master. Then a few months later, I've been op for another channel, had my flags in the same bot. Then me and the channel owner (of the 2nd channel) went to an argument, so he .deluser me. As you can guess, I lost, in consequence, my flags for the first channel.

Has a check up been added in the recent versions of Eggdrop to prevent a channel owner from deleting users who has flags in other channels?

As channel owners can't see if other users have flags in any other channel they're not op in, they can easily use .deluser command and delete people from other channels they shouldn't have.
