Have you read the <a href="http://windrop.sourceforge.net/faq.html" class="postlink">Windrop FAQ</a> to see if your problem is on there. Or if that fails, try the <a href="http://windrop.sourceforge.net/forums.html" class="postlink">Windrop Forums</a>. I do remenber the FAQ mentioning about Virus scanners reporting eggdrop files as virus's. so would be worth checking out.<p>Statistics: Posted by <a href="https://forum.eggheads.org/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&amp;u=8130">TCL_no_TK</a> — Sun Nov 18, 2007 11:38 am</p><hr />

Also, I can run eggdrops on it under Cygwin without any problems as well. So I have no idea what is happening on your end.<p>Statistics: Posted by <a href="https://forum.eggheads.org/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&amp;u=1594">mcdarby</a> — Sat Nov 17, 2007 8:49 pm</p><hr />

I am not even going to pretend to understand why you'd need to do any of that.<br><br>You simply boot into that operating system (nothing special) and download the <a href="http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/windrop/windrop1.6.18-handlen32.exe" class="postlink">installer</a> from the Windrop Central site, (appropriately) <a href="http://www.egghelp.org/setup.htm" class="postlink">edit</a> the configuration file and start eggdrop from the Command Console.<br><br>Further enquiries on your part a best directed to the Windrop Central <a href="http://windrop.sourceforge.net/forums.html" class="postlink">Forums</a>.<p>Statistics: Posted by <a href="https://forum.eggheads.org/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&amp;u=3646">Alchera</a> — Wed Nov 14, 2007 3:49 pm</p><hr />

You seriously need to redo this as running Windrop in Administrator mode is definitely wrong! <img class="smilies" src="https://forum.eggheads.org/images/smilies/icon_lol.gif" width="15" height="15" alt="" title="Laughing"><br><br>See <a href="http://windrop.sourceforge.net/faq.html" class="postlink">Windrop Central FAQ</a>.<p>Statistics: Posted by <a href="https://forum.eggheads.org/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&amp;u=3646">Alchera</a> — Wed Nov 14, 2007 5:31 am</p><hr />
