Look to the settings in your config file
if you use an NAT then you fill in
My-Hostname "you real ip dns name"
My-IP "192.168.0.2"
or what ever your Internal IP is.

If you use an real proxy, then you must look below the advanges config file of the eggdrop
there are settings to use Proxy servers
