hi,

do you want a greet-script or do you want to get a notice yourself if someone joins/parts your chan?

egad, don't rush off to request yet another script that has already been written a million times before, go straight to the TCL Archives, use the keyword greet, and test out a couple of already-made tcl's, some of which are simply fabulous and will work out perfectly.

I think for what you are looking for, you will need a script to do this. But for referance and incase i've missunderstood you. Please see help console on the DCC/Telnet partyline. And check out the console flag j. Scripting request forum is here.

Hey all,

Hopefully Iam in the right spot for this message,
was hoping to find some information on setting up an notice when a user enters or leaves a channel.

Can the eggdrop do it naturally or do I need to script it ?

Any help would be great,
