Yes of course it's doable. Use the search function and check out the Tcl archive for examples.
Statistics: Posted by Sir_Fz — Mon Aug 06, 2007 5:37 pm

This is more of a question for if its possible or not before i start figuring out how to do it. Was wondering if it is possible to script something or let eggdrop accept all files of a certain kind from unknown users.

Trying to find a way to auto collect *.jpg + *.gif + *.png from users not know to the bot. This to speed up banner competitions for my website so peeps can have a preview cause when the bot receives the file it places them in the file system which can be seen on a certain online page.

So my question to you people is, is this possible or do i need to change stuff in eggdrop itself or is it possible with a script of any kind.

P.S this is by no means a request. Just the question can it be done or not before i dive into coding which i completely suck at

Thanks in advance.
Statistics: Posted by ]x[ — Sat Aug 04, 2007 5:15 pm
