Eggie probs with UnReal3.1.3-Komara

Thanks all for the replies. I finaly figured it out tho. I had to totaly delete the tcl's I was using, remove them from the conf file, then restart the bot, shut the bot off, then upload the tcls and add em back to the conf file. Once I did this, they worked just fine.

Still dunno why they worked on one ircd and not the other tho. It's weird, my friend had the same prob with her eggie... same irc networks too. Unreal is evil anyways lol.

I _think_ that Unreal ircd isn't fully rfc compliant, that _might_ be causing the problems.

I recently moved to another network, old network uses the Hybrid IRCD, new network uses the UnReal3.1.3-Komera IRCD. My eggie
(1.6.9) will not respond to any public tcl commands while on Unreal, but still does on
Hybrid.

Did you test it with another version? the 1.6.8 workes fine with the Komera IRCD

Hi all,
This one has me and others kinda stumped, perhaps someone here can help.
I recently moved to another network, old network uses the Hybrid IRCD, new network uses the UnReal3.1.3-Komera IRCD. My eggie
(1.6.9) will not respond to any public tcl commands while on Unreal, but still does on
Hybrid. (I keep moving the eggie back and forth to check.) I've tried putting the eggie in dif chatrooms and even checked chatroom modes, even totaly deleted the eggie and reinstalled redoing the config. Nothing works. (yes, eggie has all my hostmasks, but the tcl's I use are public for anyone.) It's not the network setting in the config, I keep that at 5, but the one that works (Hybrid) was using the Rage IRCD and it worked there too. Funny thing is, the one its not working on (UnReal) is that the Rage IRCD is based on the UnReal IRCD. There is no errors in DCC chat. I used the eggdrop.simple.conf.

Help help help!
